What Composure stores

The cards you create — your situations, patterns, tactics, and triggers — are stored only on your device, in your browser or app's local storage. Composure has no user accounts, so we never see or hold a copy of your cards ourselves. If you clear your device's app data or switch devices, your cards don't come with you.

What we send to a third party, and why

When you use Composure's AI card-creation flow, the answers you type are sent to Anthropic's API to extract them into a card's four fields. This is the only third-party data sharing Composure does. We don't use that text for anything else, don't sell it, and don't attach it to your identity — Composure doesn't know who you are. Anthropic's own handling of API requests is governed by their privacy policy and API terms.

What we don't do

No accounts, no analytics or tracking scripts, no advertising, no selling data. The only personal information we collect is what you enter in the waitlist form, below.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your name, email address, the moment you chose, and the plan you picked, in a database hosted by Supabase. We use it only to tell you when Composure is ready. We don't sell it or share it. To have your entry removed, email the address below and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can delete any card at any time from within the app. Deleting the app, or clearing its site data in your browser, removes everything Composure stored on your device.
